In the sales section, you will find all the information about new active subscriptions or one-time payments made. In the case of subscriptions, a sale will be associated with different charges.

Example: Sale: Basic Software Plan; Charges: All charges made monthly during the time the buyer is using the software

This information is classified into 7 columns.

End Date:End date of the subscription (if established)
Sale StatusReal-time status of a sale.

For subscriptions:

Active: Charges are operational and being successfully executed within the billing period.

Pending: [SEPA] Charges made through the SEPA payment method take between 2 and 4 business days to be approved or rejected by the bank. During this period, the sale is pending.

With debt: It is a sale where one of the payments has not been successful. Example: a monthly subscription in which all months have successful charges except for June.

Paused: It is a subscription whose charges are paused. This option allows reactivation without needing to request payment information from the customer again.

Canceled: It is a subscription whose charges are canceled. This option does NOT allow reactivation without needing to request payment information from the customer again.

Incomplete: It is a sale that has not passed through all phases to complete the process.

If it is a one-time charge:

Completed: A sale whose charge has been successfully processed.

Canceled: A sale whose charge has not been successfully processed.
Incomplete: It is a sale that has not passed through all phases to complete the process.



Actions on sales


In the sales list, on the right side of each row, there are three dots that allow you to take different actions regarding each transaction.



For subscription sales


Pause

Temporarily pause a subscription. This option allows for reactivation without requiring the customer to provide payment information again.


Reactivate
Reactivate a previously paused subscription.


Cancel
Cancel a subscription. This option does not allow reactivation without requesting payment information from the customer again.

  • Charges associated with the sale: In the case of a subscription sale, in the sale detail, you will find the breakdown of all charges associated with that subscription and their status. Additionally, it allows you to take actions on those charges.
